You know, I always used to think winter was great because of no bugs. But…..I wish I’d brought my camera skiing yesterday, because I stopped to watch some kind of spider battling its way across the trail on the snow yesterday. Aren’t they related to ticks? 😯
12/12/2010 at 2:30 am #1940099The rain just went to sleet and now snow….
Craphas!12/12/2010 at 2:32 am #1940100Snow changed over to rain here in Sheboygan, can’t seem to make up it’s mind.
12/12/2010 at 2:39 am #1940101Still raining on the south side of Milwaukee
12/12/2010 at 2:40 am #1940102It is snowing here in Shawano for the last couple of hours. We have about 6 inches since it began last night.
12/12/2010 at 3:09 am #1940103I’m going to guess we have about 8″ here in Cashton, but its hard to say with the wind. Its still snowing thats for sure.
12/12/2010 at 3:21 am #1940104yeah, but darn the bad luck calling in stranded for a couple of days :>
No cell coverage there even when it’s nice outside.
At least Mrs. OPS and I got out on the Eau Claire river trail tonight with the snowshoes. The wind had the snow coming down horizontal. Well, I guess not quite, then it wouldn’t be coming down- but it sure looked that way. Odd we didn’t see anybody else outside…
12/12/2010 at 4:00 am #1940105I spent about two hours on snow relocation this afternoon when there was eight or nine inches. Now there’s almost that much more. Winter is so much fun.
12/12/2010 at 4:08 am #1940106Snowing in Waukesha now. And 10 o’clock news is leading with pictures of the blizzard around the state. Brrrrr. Looks like no shoppin’ tomorrow. . . just staying in and watching the Packers.
Wonder if the Giants ever made it to Minneapolis. Last I heard they were stuck on a bus in KC.

I went into work for a couple of hours this morning, grinning and laughing at the people in town shoveling and snowblowing… thinking its nice living out in the sticks… we can just drive over it for a few days… then the plow breaks..
karma can be a heartless one when needed…
12/12/2010 at 8:16 am #1940108It’s very deep for this very snowy Sunday! 😯
12/12/2010 at 11:42 am #1940109My wife is off 25 miles to work…good luck honey drive safe.
12/12/2010 at 5:19 pm #1940110Blue sky and sunshine here.. wind is howling though.
TE12/12/2010 at 5:23 pm #1940111Less than one inch of snow on the ground, I can still see grass.
12/12/2010 at 5:27 pm #19401122″ of new snow in our part of Waukesha County, but if you go just 10 miles north there is almost a foot.
