Congratulations to all of you out there who have passed a milestone recently. Without a stats site it is next to impossible to know what is doing what.
It looks like the best way of knowing about these now will be if the individual posts a note. So, have you passed a milestone recently? Tell us about it, ….. please
I’m amused…. It wasn’t all that long ago when there were no websites maintaining stats.
Milestones were posted here on the boards by caching partners or friends who new each other and were watching each other’s find counts by looking at their geocaching.com profile.
Milestones announcements seemed to mean something beyond a number then… they were personal things, shared with other cachers who we felt a bond to. Unless you have experienced it, it might be hard to understand.
Thanks for asking Marc. We just turned over to 6600 once we get done logging from this weekend.
Anybody else out there?
I know Russel is closing in on 1000 as well as FTrup. Tami
well, my 800 mark doesn’t seem like much after seeing ecorangers with 6600, but it’s a milestone for me.
