#93. No B, two C’s. I believe it should read 73B square miles instead of 73C square miles.
12/02/2016 at 6:10 am #2052516Will check. Thanks.

That “Be Me” for the Wisconsin Oddities ! I couldn’t use them all, but quite a few.

12/02/2016 at 4:50 pm #2052527We encountered another one gone missing (we’re pretty sure) today and met Professor Leisure there, who also had the same solve and couldn’t find it. It’s near the area where the three were shut down due to landowner concerns…..#164. Haven’t looked to see if anyone else logged it, though we met another cacher later, saw Big Red on the job but he was a half mile ahead of us, and saw another name on some logs.

There’s a log from yesterday but we will add this to our check on list for tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback.
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

12/02/2016 at 5:52 pm #2052531I saw a comment on the facebook page from a long time cacher (who served on the board when I did). He’s no longer a premium member, which made me wonder…why ARE all the listings premium? Having them available to all would help newer folks join the WGA fun, and from what we’ve seen….not quite half of them now….any problems they might encounter are more likely the result of brush cutters, curious locals and later…snow plows.
12/02/2016 at 5:54 pm #2052532I don’t want that last comment to sound critical, you guys have done a ton of work to try and create something fun and we’ve been enjoying them. I just thought that keeping them premium isn’t going to minimize the kind of issues they might have, and it cuts out the opportunity for some to join in the fun. We appreciate the centralized location, especially since it’s less than two hours from home!
12/02/2016 at 9:16 pm #2052534#155. The photo on the 2006 Campout page is a photo from the 2005 Campout at Lake Wissota. I cannot find a picture from the 2006 Campout at Peninsula State Park.
12/03/2016 at 12:39 am #2052537I’m stuck on #127. I’ve looked at my answers (856 & 147) several times; I come up with a checksum of 59, but the cache page states checksum is 64. What am I missing? The puzzle doesn’t seem that hard.

Problem solved. When I looked at the seal of Wisconsin, the image google directed me to was not quite right, and yielded incorrect info.

The population density is listed for two different census years in the link. The information that was copied to the cache page from the link will not give you the correct check-sum. The correct information can be found under “Demographics” in the link.

Thanks for catching this. The cache page has been updated to clarify which information to use.
