Wondering how we look for inventory going into this event. Renee, do we need to order anything to be prepared for this?
Also, Renee, can we count on you to take care of this sales area? Will you need assistance?

Yes, the reorder is currently at Gr8 Eyes house … I must say I like the other shirt colors! It i all short sleeve t-shirts. I asked Gr8 eyes to pull out the sweatshirts we have in older stock in the more popular sizes so we can sell a combination.
We are good to go. I just need to get singles from the bank .. I usually do that a day or two before the event.
Mark down any old merch? It will be a good chance with a big group.

Is there still sign in the totes with the prices? I took a pic of the prices we posted at the WBCB so there was a sign then.
I suggest we add coins, etc. Old coins we drop prices like the Clearance Sale.

I’m OK with 2 for 10. I think we’re past break-even, so anything we get is ok.
If I recall, we sold 1 clearance T-shirt for $5 at the Chili Feed last year.
Coins 2 for $10 works for me.
2 for $10! I might actually release a few to the wild at that price 🙂

I was planning on bringing the new version of the logo apparel to sell at the event. It is new and fresh. .. it is currently at Gr8 Eyes house and fits nicely in one box. I have a bag of cachekinz at my house. Laminated sign for them ready to go.
Geocoins are 2 for $10 .. I will make a sign for that.
I was not planning on bringing the older merchandise to this event.
If I can request, since I am still on restrictions from my injury last month, to carry the boxes inside .. I can bring my rolling cart to put it on.

If we want to sell the clearance bin, I can bring that too. I was not planning on bringing the entire inventory ..
If I can please request, since I am still under restrictions from my fall last month, assistance carrying in the stuff. I can not lift more than 10 lbs
I would like to have as much of all items as possible to give a chance to move as much as possible but I understand the limitations of the truck.
