I know everyone is focused on the campout right now. But I am looking at making camping reservations for the summer and would hate to have something conflict with the picnic. Can anyone enlighten me as to when the picnic might be? Thanks.

* * * * * * * * * *I too would love to know ASAP when the picnic is … because I need to compete against 3 other people for putting in for vacation.
HOWEVER, one thing we should all understand (I assume) is that this is not as simple as the WGA picking a date out of a hat … it’s more about selecting WHERE the event is going to be held, explaining to them WHAT it is we plan on doing, then actually reserving the facility for that Date. To blindly pick a date, without having a location for 200 people; is a bit like buying a spare tire, before you go out shopping for the used car.
