      WGA West Bend Cache Ba$h Weekend Photo Contest

      New this year, the WGA will be having an event weekend photo contest. Bring along your camera or any other device that takes pictures. Snap pictures throughout the weekend. Geocaching, socializing, West Bend scenery, eating pancakes, etc. All great subjects for a photo!

      We’ll be giving away a brand new Unactivated 2011 WGA Geocoin to the winning photo in 2 categories: Scenery & ‘Everything Else’.

      Photo submission will be via email. Address will be published at the event at the WGA table and after the event we’ll publish it here.

      So grab your cameras and take lots of pictures!!

      The fine print:

      Maximum of 2 photos per ‘team’ will be accepted.

      Submissions will be accepted from August 14th – August 31st. Voting will be from September 1st – 15th and conducted on the WGA website Photo Gallery.

      Winning photos will be posted on the WGA website Home page and coins mailed to the winners. In the event of a tie, prizes will be awarded to each winning entry.

      Contest is open to all WGA friends and members. The West Bend Cash Ba$h photo contest album can be found here

              For all who attended the event and are returning home, Welcome Back!!

              If you’ve taken some pictures and you’d like a chance to win one of the new 2011 WGA Geocoins, all you have to do is email 2 of your best pictures to: photos{at}wi-geocaching{dot}com

              Remember, we’re giving away prizes for 2 categories, Scenery and everything else.

              Submissions will be accepted today through the end of the month.

              To make it easier on us to get your prize to you, please include your WGA site username in the email. Also, if you’d like your photo’s to have a specific name or description in the caption, please let us know in the email.

                      how do we vote on the contest. I can find the photos but do not see a ranking system on the phots.

                            it is working now.. Just goto the gallery and highlight the stars under the pictures you like.

                                  😳 😳 😳 Sorry… not so good at that sort of thing, just trying to make it easier for folks. I’m not sure why I had such trouble finding it yesterday. Thank you! 😆
