We found GC34ZDZ (The Old Swimming Beach) on 10/4/13. Its last find was on Sept. 8, 2012 so if the criteria states no finds in over a year, it should qualify.

It seems to have missed the current LCG list by a couple days. The list is compiled of the 500 oldest unfound caches. And, I believe it a first(could be wrong), but every cache on the list was a year since the last find when the list was made available.
