Oh yeah, a recent purchase to add:

    21. A set of Weatherguard floor mats for the geo-mobile.

(That will be nice for our winter caching activities and all the mud that we walk in.)

Sweet. This is the ticket to have. ❗

➡ Never thought I’d like it so much.

A couple of times we have recorded the Badger Football games (now Bucky basketball) and spent the day looking for BakRdz, CodeJunkie and
    JimandLinda caches.

Then come home to watch the game, eat a pizza and do some logging.

    How nice is that!

PS. Those floormats right now are much appreciated.

I can’t say that I purchased new “gear”, but if it wasn’t for caching I’m sure I would be several pounds heavier and would not have seen a lot of great places. I also spent a lot of enjoyable hours with my son and grandkids… looking forward to next year!

3 gps’s, a peecee laptop and a vehicle with almost 250,000 on it.

Will need to get a new exhaust system, the West Bend Cache Bash took it out right after the catalytic converter, and broke two of the mounts, and snapped the heat shield. Our piecing together is slowly no longer working.

    -A gps
    -Drawer for swag only
    -Delorme WI book
-We wouldn’t be keeping “possibe” cache containers
    -Orange vests
    -Hiking boots
-Torn jeans from trying to climb a cliff
-Advil….the thought of I used to do this when I was little (jumping off things ex: bleachers, trees, swings, rocks)
-Extra hair brush that stays in the geobag for moments of we can bushwack through that, come to find out its burrs

    A fanny pack 😀

    Lets see…

    rope….check
    duct tape…check
    flashlight…check
    large vehicle…check
    plastic bags…check
    rubber boots…check
    hatchet…check

I thought I accidentally went to the serial killer forum. 🙂

Seriously though, I wouldn’t have even bought a gps if a friend of mine hadn’t told me about this hobby/obsession. I couldn’t have justified the expense just to have it for hunting. I collect a lot of empty plastic jars and buy containers I would never have bought. I also have a list of wants that I wouldn’t have even been considered. I will be buying leg gaiters and snow shoes and I would never have had a need for them.

Bear mace jumps to mind first.
