Who nominates Caches of the month?

I just got word that my MYCOLOGY 101 cache in Beloit has been nominated and I was wondering the procedure on how they’re chosen and voted upon and such

Some WGA member must have liked your cache and nominated it. Both the nominations and voting are handled at the same “Cache of the Month” link on the left of the page.
