My husband put Windows 10 on my computer because they were offering it for free. Yup, now I know why it was free. But I can’t seem to load any caches on to my GPS since the change. I downloaded the plugin from Garmin but it still isn’t working. Anyone know what I need to do?

Try a different browser. The Edge browser that comes with Windows 10 is not complete yet. Try Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. One should work.

Chrome didn’t work at all, IE said that it did but it didn’t. Haven’t tried Firefox yet.

When they were offering that, friends who know more about it said to let it go. They’ll charge for it eventually. Plus, I had heard that it wasn’t compatible with gc. I’m still on the old Windows, I think it’s 7, and things work well for my needs. Keep in mind I’m not a high-tech lover, though. Good luck!
Chrome no longer supports the Plugin for GC.com. Chrome won’t work for me either. I have Windows 10 and use GSAK with no problem loading geocaches. I rarely ever use gc.com

I just bought new laptop that has Windows 10 on it and use GSAK with no problem loading geocaches. I rarely ever use gc.com
I have had zero problems with Windows 10, I’ve been a beta tester of Windows 10 before it was released as well. It is most likely a browser issue and not Windows 10, but I use GSAK to load my GPSr so I wouldn’t be seeing what you are talking about.
On a separate issue. Windows 10 eliminated child accounts. Horrible decision. Wish we could put limits on our son like we could with 7, but can’t without using his nonexistent email account. HUGE unlike.
I tried to load my PQ with GSAK and it wouldn’t work. It’s so frustrating, I’ve tried lots of stuff!

I always load my PQ’s through GSAK and have no problems even with Windows 10
