Has anyone had any experience getting a Palm TX to work with Windows 7? It’s a driver problem-the Palm software installed ok and the desktop stuff works, but the device won’t sync because there’s no driver installed for it. Our research turned up that it may be a 32-bit vs. 64-bit issue, but that’s where they lost us. Any suggestions?

Palm is not supporting Windows 7. Your only choice is to use a Bluetooth Adapter, and sync it with Bluetooth, as it sees that as a Serial port.

I can walk you through this, if you need more help.

Thanks-we’ll look into that. If there’s a problem we’ll take you up on your offer.
