Just under 2 weeks until the Winter Solstice VIII. GC8M8VG

Including a couple of surprises, you should be able to claim 27 smileys, at least 4 icons, and a nice smattering of D/T.

All this fun is bring brought to you by awhip80 and myself the ever-loving WalkingAdventure. Big thanks to Russ Whipple.

Pandemic fun stuff: The GZ has steps in place for cleaning and social distancing. Additionally, some may not want to gather so how can they attend? Outside the GZ is a nice little picnic table perfect for a quick Drop-In, drop/ Pick-up some TBs if you’d like, and then head out for the day.

The Winter Solstice began 8 years ago when I was WGA President and we were looking for a way to sell some merchandise. The offer is open to any WGA BOD that wishes to offer any merch for sale here. Bison tubes n’ such were always great items and easy to transport.
The Christmas Pickles will be in play Saturday morning. How this works is within the normal search area of a new cache, 1 of 3 Christmas Pickles will be hidden.

Find one and return it to me to receive a Holiday gift (value estimated to be under $100 pesos).

Caches will publish Friday the 18th to allow PQs to be made and solve a puzzle if one was to publish.

If you go out Friday night, be watchful for the Dark Santa roams the land checking on all the good and bad caches.

Let’s hope for a snowy day to add to the fun! Winter Solstice IV was the day we received 16″. The first 2.5T event I’ve held.

    Following the signals from space.
