I’m still curious about how they can ban virtual caches. If they see me copying numbers off a sign in the park, are they going to put me away?

The wording of their policy implies that four or five of the parks which don’t allow virtuals are under construction. I can see them not wanting anything that encourages visitors to something that isn’t yet ready to host…
