Run N Search recently completed the Wisconsin Alphabet of Places/Caches Challenge, GC1QBY2. They managed to find a cache in a place that actually starts with X, which is a first for that challenge AND found a cache in a place that matches their last name. They grabbed these while on a 3300 mile road trip in 9 days and logged at least 1 cache in 14 different states.
Way to go, Rich and Sue!

Thats awesome! and only the 5th finder, crazy
That sounds like it was a nice road trip to fill in the rest of the challenge.
Looks like you 2 are still having fun with it all.
congrats
That’s some accomplishment! Way to go the extra mile…and mile, and mile, and mile… 😯 😀
Nice job Rich and Sue.
We were supposed to visit family and friends on the East Coast and cache on the way, but it ended up a cache run, visiting family and friends on the way. At one point we found caches in 5 states on the same day. A record for us.
We planned our route to hit all of the letters that we needed to finish the challenge. We thought that it would be cool to get and X in a city that starts with X and we were glad that we made the find that we needed. “Y” was very hard to get too.
I told WI HI that we found a cache in Bronson MI and that she had a cache named after her but we had a whole town with our name. She informed me that she has a cache, a town, and a wine named after her!
Now on to Bronson IA, KS, TX and FL.
Thank you all for the wellwishes and yes, we are still having fun.
You all know how to rock a road trip!
