Zuma! happened to hit 2000 at the HBZ (Happy Birthday Zuma) #50: Ultra Mystery Cache! (Gee, do you think that was planned? 😉 )
Kudos to a great cacher and a fun guy to be around!
Congratulations my friend! Thought for sure it would be in merry old England, but that is much more appropriate. I’ll have your cache out soon.
Congratulations Zuma!
With all the great caches you hide it’s amazing you have time to find caches too! But we’re glad for both.
Congratulations, old man!
Congratulations!! But you really didn’t have to wait until you got back to find #2000 – at #50 HBZ to boot! Personal congratulations headed your way soon 😆 !
Thanks for the congrats on 2K, though it is still not about the numbers. I really thought I would get to 2K while in Wales, but was able to get only 75 caches while in England and Wales for 2 weeks, mostly because i chose not to rent a car. Cache quality is very high in Wales, very good in Oxford, and pretty poor in central London. I did a lot of walking to get the ones I did get, and it was an excellent trip.
So when i returned home, got em all logged, and found i was still one short, i chose to finish of the excellent HBZ series, grabbing the ultra mystery cache, which like the others in that excellent series is in an excellent spot. Challenging and scenic, which describes the remainder of the series as well, a cache series designed for people who prefer to walk between caches instead of driving to them.
Congrats, Zuma. As a fellow Eau Clarian, I can attest to some of the fine work you’ve done with placing caches as well as finding them. While I am a newbie (2 months) I am looking forward to building up the numbers, too.
😀
Zoooom zoooom zooooom Zuma.. well on your way to 3000. Congrats!
