what about binky’s unborn child in the sequal. will he “find” his father, will he use a garmin or magellan?

The tension builds as week after week it’s hike, hide, hike, hide… One night Buffie can’t take it anymore and beats in Binky’s brains with his own Garmin Map V (she wouldn’t think of wrecking her Magellan).

Now the dilemma – where does she hide the grisly cache? She goes to her lover, Casanova from Team Lothario, a veteran with over 5000 travel bugs to his credit; none of them moved. Together, they turn Binky into a 6-part multi-cache spread over 3 states. (It doesn’t get listed on geocaching.com.)

They try to build a new life for themselves. They both agree on caching for the hide. They both use Magellans. They become Team Sympatico.

There is terror in their idyllic life. No matter what the waypoints, their GPSs invariably lead them to the horror of Binky’s parts.

What do you think? Should I pack my bags for Cannes? Sundance?

Just think of the goals you could have. See Europe, Australia, Alaska, or what ever. $6 is definitely cheaper than airfare or gas.

While many of us have some great conversations about caches we have done, I recall very few about Travel Bugs we have found. They are just a fun part of geocaching that some like and others don’t.

Last time I checked, the total number of Travel Bugs you have found buys the same amount of coffee as the total caches you have found (make sure you have cash with you).

What if I bought a travel bug tag and attached it around my neck? Would everyone be willing to move me from cache to cache? That would sure save on gas and walking (yes you have to carry me)

Found it! Thanks to all who helped. I finally remembered how we stumbled upon it–we were looking at Otter’s photo gallery. It’s “The Touchables” and it is a virtual. We actually had found it right away, but the picture didn’t resemble what we remembered.

I’ll have to get some cachers i know to sign up on wga. i didn’t really know about wga until dcexploere told me about it. i introduced him to geocaching and had been doing it for a while by then.

horeshoe hideaway is on an island in door county and we(some friends and myself) had to use a boat to get to. we do not supply a boat although rentals are available nearby. the cache has had limited use, but we still thought the cache was a cool idea.

We’re planning on it! We’re looking forward to another well-planned WGA event!

As for camping, we know there are a few privately owned campgrounds. Sleepy Hollow is one we have driven by many times when we lived in Lodi. We’ll try to look into that for some who are interested.

if you want i could go sit in your seats(so they don’t go to waste) and you could go to the picnic, i could sacrifice going to the picnic for that.

I wonder how many others this will effect given the popularity of the green and gold.
