Ah, the memories…summer camp there twice in high school. Neat place! It is a reasonable drive for me, so if I get down that way I would enjoy seeing the area again and visiting any caches. Maybe there will be new ones by then. Thanks for the tip about a place I had forgotten!

I came last year but can’t this year. However, I will be at the CITO earlier in the day and will tell folks there who maybe won’t see this announcement. I also knew several people who came with their families for the event, and they enjoyed themselves.

I enjoy seeing places I have never been or even those I see a lot. I like the social aspect of caching, as well as the peaceful solitude of caching alone. I like the creative containers and caches that teach something or highlight a noteworthy place. And yes, I do like the power trails and guard rails too.
