A p.m. FTP for August 2nd. I found a pair of shoes I hadn’t worn in forever and they were in good shape. I wore them today and then remembered why I stopped wearing them…they don’t fit. Time to donate or toss them!

Quite a hot day for the 100-Mile loop of the Big Brothers Big Sisters bike tour, which goes right past my window. I chose to exercise indoors this morning, but bless the buns of those who are pedaling all the distances today! 🚴

I actually get to go CACHING today. I realize how silly that may sound on this site, but life hasn’t really allowed for much of that as of late, so today it’s a real treat!

I came upon a multi-car fender bender with as many law enforcement vehicles responding as cars involved. As accidents go, it didn’t seem serious, thankfully. But it got me thinking, if I had timed my travels differently, I might have been in it. Gratitude check!
