Pack, down steps, load, up steps, repeat several times, drive, unload, up steps several times…I guess I would rather move in the heat than when it’s cold and icy! 😓
Blatant advertisement …….. Bubolz has geocaching classes. Can handle up to 50 kids at a time. Lots of GPS units available. And a RELLY terrific instructor!
Ours is just a one-day field trip and taking kids out in small groups. But I am putting together an info sheet for parents and I will include your idea. Do you have details or should I just refer them to the Bubolz phone number and website?
I am still yet another cachin’ Menashan. But at the end of the month I will live somewhere else, after 22 years. I am blessed to have time to move over the course of a month+. In the older days, I would be moving to the heart of ZB and Curly Girls country. But since I haven’t seen them on the site here recently, I wonder if they even cache anymore.
FTP for June 4th.
We didn’t make page 1000 as I predicted we would. But the day’s not over yet! (How’s that for optimism?)
Thanks for the advice, everyone! I will pass it all along.
And :ftp: on page 923.
Ok, STP on May 12th and LTP on page 922.
Maybe it’s a page amount thing.
I’ll be the fourth on the fourth.
I saw the theme for the campout. Will there be beignets and chicory coffee at the Sunday breakfast?? Sad I can’t go this year. What a fun theme. I hope the rain “came early” this year and you have a dry weekend. But not so dry that the fire hazard continues. 😨
Found my first tick while caching in 5 years last weekend. Not amused at all.
What were the main pests you encountered while living and caching in Oregon?
Ask Sherry. She climbs trees, rocks…
Happy Birthday Rod!
I don’t know the record for the longest time on a TS page, but I believe I remember one was 5 or 6 days.
Yes, thanks Chris for making the change. I understand you have a lot going on, so thanks for getting to it when you could. Thanks also to Jim and Bob who tried to talk me through it.
I sent the webmaster another message. PMs and the WGA newsletter are going to the old account, which is listed in my profile. When I click update profile, I get an automated webmaster message with a link. This comes to my new e-mail account, which, when I update information, it sends another link, and so on and so on.
:ftp: for page 919.
