Since my smoke detector started chirping and woke me up almost two hours ago, I thought I would wake you all up too and we could all chat now….oh, I guess this is silent and you’ll just read it at a more reasonable hour.

It’s electrical, not even a battery I can replace. Building manager silenced it and will have it replaced today, at a more reasonable hour.

I suppose I could go in early to work, since I am ready now. (eye roll)

Hello and welcome! The WGA is a great place to connect with other cachers, local and farther out. The annual picnic is coming up if you can make it, or maybe go to a local event to meet people closer to you. We are a fun bunch. Glad you found us!

I am mopping. Dealing with a broken water heater that happened overnight. As a renter, I don’t have to do much. Someone came to drain it and turn off the water and someone else will come later to install the new one. Inconvenient, but I am grateful everyone came quickly to begin to fix it.

I spent the afternoon at one of those trampoline places with 52 kids in our group and probably that many more from the general public. Why didn’t they have those places around when I was young enough to do all the tricks?
