One of my biggest pet peeves is when people right bad words on the cache paper. People don’t think about how old other cachers might be. I like to bring my son and daughter along sometimes and I hate seeing someone take a fun hobby and messing it up for the rest of us. I also hate it when people drive to slow on the interstate.

Haha I hope we are talking about caches. I have seen a baby black bear once while caching. I was with a friend and we did not stick around long enough to find out if the mother was close. In fact, I think that is the fastest I have ever ran in my life.

Oddly enough, the phrase pet peeves. We should not be keeping these things as pets. They’re pests. They could spread disease. Also, tuneless whistlers, personal space violators.

Stopped for a breather and took out my phone… well, time kind of got away from me, and I started trying to find things to do with a smartphone in the middle of nowhere. The GPS feature on the phone wasn’t nearly reliable enough to get me to a cache, but it got me interested! I’m hoping they’ll make a solid app soon so I don’t have to shell out the cash for new hardware.
Two friends are out hunting when one keels over, apparently dead. The other rushes over to him and calls 911. “You have to help me! My friend just collapsed; I think he’s dead.”
“Calm down, sir,” said the operator. “We’ll get you through this. First, we need to make sure he’s actually dead.”
“Hang on,”
BLAM BLAM
“Okay, he’s *definitely* dead. Now what?”
Breathed in,
Stretched out,
Moved on.Hey, me too, from Eau Claire. Hey, what’s your favorite park to stroll through? I like to bike the downtown trails, and on the northeast side, along 312.
