I saw that note and I was p*ssed and I don’t even own the cache. THat was a very well crafted puzzle. Shame it got destroyed in such a fashion.
Tradational caches I don’t see as much of an issue with. But this system not only ruins a puzzle but could ruin a nicely set up multi as well.
Looking forward to getting my second set of tags made. Got it all drawn up, now I just need the loot to get em made! And I don’t even have my first tags yet!
I’ve found about 5 or 6 in caches. They are very hard to come by in the wild.
I’m thinking the best way to up the collection is to trade, but there’s just something extra special about finding one in a cache.@sweetlife wrote:

WHAT!?! nobody said golfballs yet??? 😯 😆 🙄
Duck505 collects them. If they are in good enough shape, they will get used on the golf course. HE also loves to collect the sig cards people leave. He’s got a big collection from BigGuy and PMurk. 😀
I don’t collect anything in particular, but I do like to look through the stuff even if it is all ‘crap’.

Hey, when sending pathtags through the mail to trade, how do you guys send them so they arrive safe yet not drive up the cost of postage? Small padded envelope?
I put in a small coin envelope, tape it to the inside of a greeting card (Who doesn’t like a nice message with the tag) and mail it out with an extra stamp. I also put “hand stamp” on it. Never had a problem.
I keep the coin envelopes I get from those that mail tags to me, so I always have a supply. 😀
Looked through my old papers. I do have final coords for Troll’s View!!!! Send an email or PM and I will confirm what you got!!!!
Drat! I know where the final location is, but not the coords to it.
I was fortunate to get a KMHiker pathtag (the solo dog one) in a cache a while ago!! Looks great in my meager collection!
First I uploaded an image from my computer to a third party site (I use photobucket). After it uploads to photobucket, there is an IMG link directly under the image that I highlight and copy then paste it in my post here on the forums.
I use this method on many other forums I frequent with great success.
Just ordered our first tag. The yellow dude is our mascot and goes with us on our caching ventures….

THanks to the WGA providing discount cards for pathtags at the WGA picnic, I just ordered my first set as well.
Rock Island State Park – not a ton of caches, but excellent trails. And nearby Washington Island with quite a few caches and scenic gems.
Looking at the weather forecast – we’re opting to hang out in a hotel room to stay warm and dry. 😆
Planing on being there as we plan on being in the area on Friday instead of Saturday.
