Every trackable we had out in the wild has gone MIA, we don’t send anything out any more. We do buy coins and such to have discoverable at events but won’t send anything else out.
I use mine for reading, surfing the web, games, note taking, and several other applications. For geocaching I use Geosphere instead of the app from Groundspeak. I’ve tried their app, and just didn’t work for me.
I just need to vent … I have 10 caches at Harrington, 3 in ammo boxes, the rest in “lesser” containers. Some cacher did all 10 of my caches today, to discover that the 3 there were ammo boxes, the cache contents were dumped at the location (log book, trinkets, and TB) and the ammo boxes taken. While the other 7 caches were just fine. Grrrrr!
The nice thing … the cacher turned in all the “remains” of the caches to the Ranger … thank you!
Yes, thank you for the opportunity to be considered in this election the fact I was even nominated means the world to me. I know that whoever wins the 5 open positions will do a fantastic job!
I took a quick look last night and I have mixed opinions. As a parent – this seems like a nice tool to keep track of your kids. The flip side – Is big brother watching me?
If big brother wants to watch you he has far more sophisticated tools at his disposal.
