I am actually in one of these. A friend of mine from MN notified me of this and we both entered a TB earlier this year. Mine is near the bottom of those entered so far but I hold out hope. The web address for this race is:

I would be up to enter a TB as well.

    Great Job!!! Congratulations

I have always wondered what this was for. Thanks for filling me in.

I enjoyed hitting 1000 and 2000 later in the year. Meeting area cachers at an event in Green Bay in March was fun. Geocaching with friends and family. All the new places to visit were highlights as well. Thanks to all for making those experiences possible.

Congratulations on this milestone. I just did this cache on the morning of the blizzard. I thought this was pretty tough without the snow cover. I can only imagine what it was like after. Great job. 😛

Congratulations. I have a goal of completing the Delorme someday too. Great to make the double milestone. 😀

    Congratulations 😀 😀

I was met a college friend at our 20th reunion. He enjoys caching as well. On the Friday night we arrived in Dubuque Iowa, we decided to grab a nearby cache at night. It was about 12:30 am and our friend we stayed with drove us to GZ. There was a little fog but otherwise a beautiful night. As we grabbed the cache, our friend heard some crying. We then heard it too. I shined the flashlight ahead of my friend and soon discovered there was a car upside down in the ditch about 100 feet from where we parked. The accident must have happened minutes before we got there because the 17 yo girl was getting out of her window and was quite shaken but happy to see people. She was lucky to be alive. The cops came and her family as well. A quick grab ended up being one of my most memorable caches.

4 years ago, my oldest son, at the time in Kindergarten, came home and began calling my wife and me babokooks anytime we were acting silly. When it came time to sign up for a geocaching name he said, “how about babokooks?” It stuck and now for better or worse we go by the completely made up name of babokooks. 🙂
