I don’t know. I’m on a Mac with a Nuvi and it’s worked OK for me so far. You are correct that there aren’t all the neat bell and whistle programs out there that there are on a PC, but for the most part other than a glitch with Garmin/Safari communicating I’ve been able to function well.

I’m going to be running a PQ for a Sunday trip. I’ll see if I find a way to make it work and let you know. Of course, I’m running one cat down from Snow Leopard so as you mentioned it may make a difference.

I have a Nuvi and a Mac. Haven’t tried using it to load a query yet, but I’ve heard that GPS Connect for Mac is a Garmin specific program that should do the trick.

Great job. I’m very familiar with that series, so I know you worked your tail off for that milestone! WTG! 🙂

Nice Pete! WTG! Are you going to get it mounted and hang it in your trophy room? 🙂

Great milestone Ed…now knock off the karate stuff and concentrate on injuring yourself in productive ways, like going for Evil Monkey caches or hikes in the swamp. 😉

Thanks for the ringing endorsements for Twin Bluffs Cave. Sounds like the ticket. I think I’m going try to plan it to be #500. The Old Man Gets Strung Out Cache looks like an amazing adventure, but since the container doesn’t look big enough to drop the coin I’m going to earmark it for the future.

Thanks guys. I’ll check them out. Both sound perfect. Might make it a road trip and use one as the start and the other as the finish.

WOW. Way to go! Glad I already got my congrats in for #700 when saying congrats for #600. Considering the pace your on, I’m going to get a jump start and say…

    Congrats on #800!
    Congrats on #900!
    Congrats on #1000!

There, that should carry you through to the end of the year. 😀

LOL! Halloween amazes me. The creativity people put into it for no reason other than simple entertainment is awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Now I know why I’ve been noticing your name popping up a lot on logs lately. Guess that happens when you’re blowin’ them down like the Big Bad Wolf! Awesome job.

I’m just going to say Congrats for #700 right away since I barely got to say good job on #500 before you blew past that! [;)]

So, what evil hide do you have planned for #666?
