A hooded armed robber bursts into a Bank in Italy…

Why do you bother?I tend to believe people rarely intentionally set the coordinates off significantly, but I’m sure there are a few. As CJ said, sometime even “spot on” coordinates don’t make an easy find.
If you really want to be kind, take multiple readings on different days and average them. Some GPSr even have waypoint averaging so it does it for you. Simply mark a waypoint, then go back another day and select that same waypoint to average it automatically. Still doesn’t mean you’ll be dead on, but it does help your chances.
One TV in the house, and Hannah Montana is on. So, I’m multitasking… Checking on the burn pile, keeping an eye on my FF team, and of course getting caught up on posts. Unfortunately, I still can see the TV. 😆
Sounds fun! Congrats!
Only a few more months and snow will be on the ground. That will slow you down, right?… uhhhhh… never mind (caches hidden in ice beware!)
Congrats!
Congrats on the anniversary.
My condolences on the mini-van. 😆Wow. Thanks T&B. Kinda fun dipping through there. Didn’t realize WI ever had a 4 digit cache. (Ironically, it was never found)
Related note, here’s a great bookmark list of the first 100 caches. #1 is archived, but #2 in OR is still kickin’.
I’m planning on being in Hayward on the 10th. If I can get one from someone, I’d be happy to be the courier.
#1600 at the Picnic for me.

To answer cheeto’s question, p. 57 and now once again, p.104…at least in the old atlas….had only one available cache.
I belive there are 3 cache for page 104?
Both 57 and 104 in the old book now have more than 1 option now.
58A in the old book is a little light if I remember. Not sure on the new book how it matches up because I don’t have one. (Have 2 of the old book though.)
Hartman’s is good and close to you, but if you’re looking for one a little farther outside of your “home area,” I highly recommend Gov. Dodge S.P.
Two different campgrounds in the park to choose from, Cox Hollow and Twin Valley (the better one IMHO). Currently there are 15 caches there. Some ECs, virtuals, and regulars. Highlights include caves, waterfall, bluff formations, lakes, open prairies, forests, rolling terrain, etc. Lots of trails and acres to cover. And if you run out of things to do in the park, there are lots of great places to check out within a few mile radius including Spring Green and Tower Hill State Park (no cache there though anymore, but still and interesting place).

Happy Birthday and congratulations again!
Slow down a bit! LOL!
Glad you’re still having fun!
