I have one similar to yours…don’t know if it’s the same model but it’s an oldie and a goodie.
Try resetting your options by pressing the menu key twice, arrowing down this menu to “system setup”, press “enter”, arrow down to “Reset options”. press “enter”, arrow left to “yes”, and press “enter”.
I’ve never had the problem you’re having, but this will reset your Lowrance…hopefully it will solve the issue. Good luck 😀Oconto...the birthplace of western civilization:)

The question is, did this tour have more or less flatulence than the 200+ tour…
Ha, ha, ha….there’s certainly enough beer and polish sausage in Point for that 😆

Unbelievable ❗ Congratulations 😀

Well, at least the “bag of…” wasn’t IN the cache. Congrats 😀

Thanks, Marc and BakRdz…both of those programs though seem to be for older versions of the Mac operating systems. The new Macs run the Snow Leopard operating system…I don’t know how compatible they would be. Does anybody know??? My inclination so far is that Mac isn’t very hospitable to geocaching, but I’ve been know to be wrong…as my wife frequently reminds me 😀

They’ve downloaded the Maccaching program…will they still need to download a program to convert the gpx files and send them to the POIloader?

Yup! I think my daughter was about 10 or 11 when we were there. What a great place for me…I mean her…and your family too 😀 Congratulations on the milestone 🙂

Ah, yes…the micro in the woods. I remember it well from the WGA fall geopicnic. Congrats on the 1000 😀

Welcome to the great adventure…for you will surely have more than a few 😀 As for supplies, I get most of my cache containers like ammo boxes and match holders, and other supplies, etc. at Fleet Farm…or, more than likely in your part of the state, Farm and Fleet. And, of coarse, you can find just about anything online. Have fun 😀

Was out with Sweetlife and Todd300 today to help Todd celebrate Halloween and his 300th at GCZET5 – Lookout Above I | Remnants. It was a cold and windy day but the climb warmed us up. Congrats, Todd…#400 will have to be a 4/4, huh?!! 😀

I’ve used mine for caching before but be aware it’s fragile, not waterproof, and has a limited battery life. Give it a try on a cache that doesn’t require bushwacking or a long hike…and put it in pedestrian mode…just to see what it will do. But you’ll go back to your handheld 😀
