Some of my most memorable caches were as a newbie…was in awe of everything, even film cannisters. But time changes things and caching evolves just as containers evolve. I have favorites but that may change again. I’m not partial to p & g’s for the most part but I tolerate them if it involves a nice bike ride down a scenic trail on a perfect fall day. Creative cache types are definitely more fun and I’ll seek those out when possible.

I’m going with it never went missing cause it never got posted Not saying you didn’t try but for some reason it didn’t want to save, I know I had that happened once to me and was due to something and I can’t remember. So couple questions…..

Were you including an attachment or file or image or something like that? Was it a very very long post with a lot of text? Did you try to include any HTML tags or bb shortcode in the post?

None of those although it was somewhat of a longer post than I normally make…not any longer though than what you just posted here though.

We were camping at Kohler/Andrea SP this last week…didn’t want to get out of the camper they were so bad…could be the same at the picnic this weekend. Hope not.

I feel the same way sometimes and, although some of my caches have gone missing at times, I don’t have your issue with ammo boxes. Yikes! I do feel that there are more than a few individuals, mostly kids with cell phones I think, that are uneducated about geocaching…think that if they find a cache, they get to keep it.
