      Is something going on with Groundspeak today??? I can’t log into the geocaching website or my account!

        Finally caught up with the stack of mail we accumulated over the past several months, bills paid, laundry done, bird feeders filled, car washed, and tax info recorded 🙂
        Try as we might, we couldn’t get our vaccinations until we got home…dose #1 at Lambeau on Wednesday. If you heard a large sigh of relief on a passing breeze, that was me.
        The walleye are starting to move into the river from the bay…I can tell by all the boat traffic going by my house. The boat isn’t ready yet…but it could be soon 🙂

            The electricity and heat finally came back on…29 1/2 hours after it went off. Now if it just stays on. The condo units had three water lines burst…will be a few days before that gets repaired. There’s been a run of gas…difficult to find a station that’s open or doesn’t have long lines. Three petrochemical plants outside of Corpus, and no gas!!?? But there’s better days comin’ 🙂

              Wish we weren’t…were without electricity, heat, and water for 8 hours. It may go out again 🙁

                                Happy New Year…even though pandemic and election fatigue didn’t go away at midnight. I think I’ll go for a hike in the woods today…maybe some fresh air will negate it. It’s beautiful out there and the temps are mild. 🙂
