The grandkids are gone and the house is quiet again…except for the cheering after the Packer victory. No deer sightings here but I didn’t go hunting this year…second year in a row…will have to check the deer-cam on the arbor…might be some pics of the deer raiding the bird feeders again. No snow in the greater Oconto area.

Yup! He had a Dakota that he didn’t know how to use…now he has a Map 64 he doesn’t know how to use…LOL. I hope he doesn’t regress:)

One year anniversary of my hip replacement last week…missed deer hunting season last year…think I’ll miss it again this year cuz it’s gonna be c-c-c-cold.

Jim, how about bringing in an LP record tomorrow and see if they can guess what it is. Or a slide projector Or a film projector You could probably raid the schools AV department (Do they still have those?) and keep them entertained for weeks…

One of my nephews got married on Friday evening…wedding was Halloween themed…very cool. Everyone dressed in costume…including the bride and groom. The reception had old black and white horror movies/creepy music playing in the background.

I’ve had better success getting in lately after having been locked out…was a “fake Google crawler”??? Interesting…have been referred to by lots of interesting names but this one tops the list. LOL.

I think there’s a couple of puzzle caches in Green Bay that are dependent on those conversions.

Biked to a series of caches along the Mountain Bay Trail around the Bowler/Wittenberg area last Wednesday…the fall color was at its peak…was an awesome ride through the woods. There’s even an old covered bridge on the trail in Bowler that crosses the Embarrass River…very picturesque.

Yeah This was a random drive by… might be another 11 months….. in fact this is the first time since the WGA redesign…. which I must is say is sharp….

I’d highly recommend Sweetlife’s geoart star series in northern Oconto County…especially now. The fall color is at its peak and that area has some outstanding color. No micros in the woods…mosquitoes are gone…what more could you ask for:)

It all depends on what’s going on that day…this year it fell on my grandson’s third birthday so there was no way I would miss that. I’ve been to the WGA’s CITO before and I help out locally too w/road cleanup…think it’s a great thing to do.
