One of the first caches that I placed when I first started out was really a field solve puzzle but, since one had to go to multiple locations to solve it, I listed it as a multi-cache. Later I found out that I should have probably listed it as a mystery/puzzle cache although Groundspeak’s guidelines are not clear on the distinction in cases like this. I asked a reviewer if I could change it but was told they would not do that. Their reasoning was that doing so would set a precedent and change cachers’ “statistics”. This would upset many cachers who concentrate their efforts on certain kinds of caches.

Arghhh! My internet went to hell yesterday…had been acting suspicious for a while. Centurylink sent me a new modem and it crashed. A tech showed up this morning and found out the new modem was faulty…and he made things good again:) How did I ever survive in the days before the internet????
