          Hey! I might actually get to log a find this month…albeit an event. I’m hitching a ride to Sturgeon Bay for the 12-13-14 flashmob…a chance to get out my winter logging kit:)

          I haven’t been having any recent issues with the website…haven’t really been doing much exploring though…have all those Christmas thingys to do.

              Personally I think it’s time to go to Target.

              It must be the Christmas gremlins…same thing happens to me…every year. They lay lurking in storage silently awaiting until you put them up…then zappo!

                Well, there was that year about 3-4 years back when he went all Scrooge on us and I finally put up our crummy Charlie Brown fake tree.

                I just finished my nap too…am thinking of putting up the tree but I can’t move the furniture without my wife’s help and she’s being kinda Grinchy.

                    I just finished a batch of venison jerky on the dehydrator to send out to my Euro-daughters/families on Monday. That wonderful aroma should linger through the house for a while yet…yummm!

                    Night crawlers in December??? Now that’s just sick and wrong!

                        I received my first copy of the FTF Geocaching magazine on Monday…finished reading it last night. Nice article in it by Timberline Echoes…very well written:) There was also a piece by Hearty Soles describing milestone 7000…good reading. I think I’m going to like it…too bad it only comes out every other month.

                              I survived the weekend with my rambunctious grandsons and caught the second half of that great Packer win after getting home late yesterday afternoon. And now it’s time to fire up the computer for cyber-Monday.
                              I did manage to find three caches early last month before the surgery…may have to rely on an event for my December cache. Truth be told, I’m not too anxious to venture outside anyway…will rely on all of your logs to live vicariously for a while. Don’t let me down:)

                                Wooo-hooo! I just got back from my first post-op appointment with my doctor…the hip is great…walker is history (Sorry, Chris)…can finally get out of the house as long as I’m careful and can start some of my normal routine as long as I don’t overdo it. It’s going to be a GREAT Thanksgiving:) Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
