I’ve had much the same thoughts recently. This is one thing that we can do to relieve the boredom (and stress) brought on by this crisis . I have plans to go out on this beautiful spring afternoon and do some cache maintenance today. And on my walk this morning I discovered a great spot for a new cache. Life is, and always has been, what you make it 🙂

Monika was our foreign exchange student from Switzerland 25 years ago…we still keep in contact. We must have been a good influence cuz she became a teacher too 🙂

We’re ba-a-a-ack 🙂 And didn’t find much of any snow until we hit the Brown/Oconto County line 🙁 Yesterday was an experience…spent the night in IL…the motels aren’t serving breakfasts any more and there were no restaurants open so dinner and breakfast were through the drive-through line at McDonald’s. Ugh! I waved at all my friends driving through Rosendale, Oshkosh, and the Fox Valley:) But we’re glad to be home and ready for winter…I mean spring.

As I understand it, the hording of toilet paper may be related to the diarrhea it apparently causes.
On a brighter note, I had a Corona with my dinner several nights ago and I feel fine…except for my allergies. Cough, cough 🙂

And now Disney World is closing down on Saturday…feel so badly for the grandkids. They were really looking forward to it 🙁
My spring allergies are kicking into gear this week…it’s amazing how suddenly life can [insert your emoji here].

Ah, crap!!! It looks like our cruise down the Danube is going to be cancelled:( I picked up a TB today…should I scrub it and myself down?

Ugh! My daughter and her family are headed to Disney World next week…will they shut that down too? The grandkids would be greatly disappointed. And we have a cruise on the Danube scheduled at the end of April…maybe? 🙁

I saw a bunch of different birds today, Birdin’…visited some friends in Mission, TX who are in an RV park near the Rio Grande. They showed us a barn owl nesting in a nearby palm tree. Then we took a walk through the neighboring state park which is a bird sanctuary and saw kiskadees, chachalacas, green jays, Altamira orioles at some of the blinds/feeding stations…even a javelina 🙂 But still no armadillo 🙁 It’s amazing how spring has sprung around here…the trees are budding out in their spring green finery and there’s a multitude of flowers blossoming. It’s going to be tough to leave on Sunday.
