Aw, I’m kind of sad that I didn’t get to participate in your milestone, like I have for a couple of the other ones. I guess that’s what I get for moving away. But 4000 is impressive! Way to go chevyole!

Gwyn, I had hoped I’d see you at the campout to tell you that I saw the most beautiful little bird at the Scuppernong springs. It was bright blue and of course it was a tease and wanted me to see it but not take it’s picture. I think it must have been an indigo bunting, but couldn’t tell for sure. I haven’t been a birder but I could see how one day I could take that up.

I am sadly ignorant of all things techie but I believe that it is Geocaching HQ that is giving us the trouble on this one. They keep changing things on what is allowed for us to link to. Every time they make a change TBC has to re-write script and find a way to make it work. I believe he’s getting to the point of not wanting to do this anymore because it’s time consuming and doesn’t seem to last very long. This feature may be going away, we’re thinking about it. Maybe someone more tech-savvy could jump in here with a better explanation.
And on a related note, we’re still looking for a new webmaster but short on volunteers that will stick to the job. If anyone knows anyone capable of doing this, please ask them to consider the position.
