What if it is place on pavement but isn’t exactly able to be reached by a wheelchair, even if you could get right to the GZ, like maybe if it was really high or down low?

Any idea when they will be available for purchase? During our vacation to Hawaii we had several local cachers welcome us into their geocaching ohana (family) so I’d like to buy them each a WGA geocoin as a thank you. It’s either that or send them some cheese and beer.
