On Mr. Greenthumb’s suggestion, I started using Cedarcide. It’s cedar oil and it works pretty well. I’ve been using it and it has cut way back on the ticks, many times no ticks at all.

The morning class has now finished and are off to Kindergarten. Very soon the afternoon kids will come and we’ll do it all over again. This day is so fun but exhausting!

Todd300, if you can, you should! It has been my favorite of the State Parks series so far. Plan to spend at least most of the day on the island. It’s expensive to get there with the two ferries but it is a really cool experience!

We had a coleman dome tent for a while that was doable to set up by myself, or with small children that don’t really give much real help. The only problem with that one was that when it was really windy the thing would concave and half the tent would be gone.

My daughter is hoping to get 2 years ahead in math so we’re working on a geometry course for her to take over the summer. I hope I remember this stuff!
