We had a caching day today, my husband is driving home now. We found woodcarver Dan’s gadget caches in Rhinelander, one of the oldest caches in the state, and a few WI oddities. It was great to get out and explore today!

I just watched it, it’s amazing. The ending is just so sad though! I feel I can say this as it’s based on a true story and we all know how it ends anyway.

Yup, that’s why it doesn’t really matter to me anymore. I just want to cache when I want and where I want, regardless of when a cache was published. Maybe I’m just stubborn.

Ah yes, I remember my first LPC. I was killing time in Jackson Hole, WY and I think I’d found less than 10 caches at the time. These other newbie geocachers showed up at the same time and we searched the parking lot together for several t minutes before one lifted the skirt. I was so impressed! It was actually a cool experience.
