They’re about $2 each, perfect for the kid’s school lunches.

Back to work today after 4 months off. FTP’s will be far and few between for me now, Good news for Marie.
Are you wearing the hat back to work?
Good one. That’d pretty funny, but no. It’s actually Becca’s hat. Long story.
And now that hat is inside of GC5K2RG.

So when I was driving on 29 I briefly glimpsed a big cow at a Dairy in Thorp.
So where are we on the series? I drove past Chatty Belle on Saturday night and wondered about her. I should probably contact the dairy and see if I can get it hidden on the property.

My husband was in southern chicago today and headed to Indiana tonight for work tomorrow. His plans for the day fell through so I threw out there as a joke “Well, you could always run down to Turkey Run and find one of the oldest geocaches in the world”. I couldn’t believe it but he decided that was a good idea. So armed with just his smartphone he went out and found it. He said that he’s a muddy mess but that the park was beautiful and it was a cool cache. I’m a little jealous, I wanted to find that one myself, but I am glad we can both enjoy the hobby.

Did you get the FTF on that one becca?

The actual cache was about a mile away, but yes I got the FTF. 🙂

I’ve been within .2 miles of a cache as it is published, anyone ever been closer than that to one they didn’t know about ahead of time?
I as sitting at home one day when a ? cache published just 80 feet from my house. It turns out that some local cacher had seen me outside my house and thought that it would be funny to make the dummy coords be my house.
