Pike Lake is another one that is mislabeled.  At the park there is a sign that says “Pike Lake State Park” but it is actually a branch of the Kettle Moraine State Forest – Northern Unit.  Not sure what’s going on there, but it isn’t on the official list of state parks.  I always go to the DNR website:

OK, this one might be a little weird.  I’m drinking water with a little bit of grapefruit essential oils in it.  It’s supposed to speed up the metabolism.  Not the best tasting though.

This golden oldie was a LOT of fun: GCD8E.  But beware, you will have to walk through a patch of poison ivy to get to it, so maybe don’t wear sandals.  🙂  It’s a little hike through the woods to a peninsula, you walk out on this thin isthmus to the peninsula where the cache is.  There’s old ruins on the peninsula and the woods are just so pretty!  I would definitely recommend that one, I’d give it a couple of favorite points if I could.

I just got a log where a cacher was calling out the previous finder for no name on the log.  Plus, they claim that WP1 was damaged by them.  I haven’t gotten the details yet on how it was damaged.  But the previous finder isn’t a newbie, they’re very experienced cachers.  Ugh, I really don’t want to deal with drama but it really is a shame to see people doing that!
