I for one LOVE cemeteries! I guess cause I was dragged around them since I was little (my mom is the family geneologist) finding markers, taking pictures and wondering who these people were and what kind of life they led.
What have I learned from all those years ago? That life is to be celebrated, history is to be learned and the dead should not be forgotten -even if they are not remotely related. To this day, I can get lost in time wandering around looking at the different markers, the metal flag holders, and such. Which is why I love Marc’s new series. It opens one’s eyes to look beyond the everyday, to wonder who, what and how.
I think as long as common sense prevails there is no reason not to have these types of caches.
I couldn’t agree more, with the way AstroD stated their feelings about cemetery caches. The key word is “Respect” when entering a cemeterys.

For the past 3 days I’ve been receiving my regular emails from GC.com for caches found, watch list items and so-on. But about 1/3rd of them have been showing up completely blank. Has this happened to anyone else?
I think some body is playing a joke on you… Hmmmm now that would be kinda funny. To receive many emails, that have no text. lol 😈
Thanks for sharing. Very informative.
Hey: Ken & Molly
Enjoyed caching with both of you guys at the event. Don’t be afraid to ask questions here on the forums. Their are many people that can help you out as you are just getting started.Hope to see you both on the trails soon….. Bob
I use the bean bag mount on my Street Pilot 2720 for two years and am very happy with the system. It has yet to slide or move on the dash.
I switch between my two vehicles often.
And on our trip to Vegas we used it in the rental car. Hope this helps you out.Now THATS funny ❗ ❗ ❗
You can do a search based on the Zip codes for city’s in each of those countys.

For all of you who have not tried letterboxing, give it a try. It is as fun and rewarding to me as caching. Some one said me “You know they don’t count as a find on GC.com” and my reply was “Who cares I’m still in the outdoors having fun. And thats what its is ALL ABOUT.

I was Touring with Astro D, k0rpl and Benny7210 this past Saturday, when we ran into a newbie.
Well, she has over 200 finds, but still relatively new.
And she did not know about the WGA.
So I was thinking about all the other cachers who are familiar with the WGA, running into relative newbies who do not know about the WGA.
The WGA membership waivers around the 840 range. I am quite positive there are many more cachers in the state, and that many do not know of the WGA.
Is there an incentive to talk about the WGA with them? What about a short handout that can be given to them? Something else?
Marc: When I got home from our day of caching I sent her a personal email with the WGA link attached. I invited her to come and check out the WGA site. I am happy to say that as of today she is a new member.
