O.K. do we have a head count on who is all going? I have been following this thread from the start. And I see OPS, Seth and my self so far and may be TBC. Any one else? Is Dec. 27 still the day? And what time and where are we meeting? Just curious. Looking forward to it. Now all we need is some decent weather.
I will have a 3 1/2 hour drive. Hope the roads are in good winter driving condition. OBTW Thanks to OPS for the invite to join them on the hike to this cache.

I can definately make either of those two days. After plotting this in Streets and Trips. And comparing Atkins Rd. at 1.1 miles verses Yellow Birch Landing at .7miles. Also looks to be much more direct route. Either way it is going to be a good hike. With that being said I don’t think we should start out to late in the afternoon. But it’s OPS party.

This sounds like a physical challenge that I would like to take on. I also need a 4.5/1 star cache. The only question would be if the date that was picked conflicted with family plans. So depending on the date, this sounds like a fun outting. Thanks OPS.

I must say that the technology part broke down. But the socializing part made up for it.
It sure was an enjoyable afternoon. Thanks for letting us be a part of it. Hope to see you all again soon. Happy holidays.

I may join in on the fun also. I have to talk to the social directer first.

It ended up to be just the three of us. (Marc,AstroD,Benny7210) I believe
we ended up finding about 53 caches. Found the first one at about 7:30am
and found the last one of the day using flashlights just after dark. Round trip was 335 miles. Fun time!

Try Harrington State Park. Located in Ozaukee county East of Belgium along Lake Michigan. Great park and they welcome geocachers. There is 10 caches located in the park.
