Making space in the freezer. Found some frozen blueberries, so I’m making blueberry crisp. Should be ready in about 8 minutes.

I bought a 6-pack of Rhinelander Beer when I was in college. I dumped 5 1/2 bottles down the drain.

Only hunted for 3 hours today. Didn’t see a thing. Betty says I can hunt, but I can’t shoot anything anyway. With 3 does and 2 bucks in the freezer, all I have left is one buck tag, so I’m waiting for a big guy to come alone.

“Little Jim” got a nice 8-pointer on Sunday, and I added another doe. Betty says no more hunting until these 4 are in the freezer. We got 2 cut up yesterday. I’m going hunting this afternoon anyway.

No craphas, but we had some thunderstorms earlier. Georgia, the Sheltie that usually won’t even let me touch her, jumped up on my lap and even let me cut the fur mats from behind her ears. Guess I’m OK as long as I’m protecting her from the thunder monsters.
