Just found out that my GIFF event has been approved by Groundspeak as an official GIFF event. Souvenirs all around! GC64ZTK

I’m going to be doing “Grus of the Nine Mile Pluton” for my EC. ( GC631BA ) And if nobody beats me to it, I can still be Second-to-Find 😮

A little research and I found that the application to be an official GIFF event is due by Oct 19, so I have a little time to make a decision. So my next question, are there people that are interested? (Besides Trekkin and Birdin)

I’m heading to Haugen, WI for an Order of the Arrow weekend. Driving up solo and have caches loaded along the route. On the way back, though, I’m giving a Scout a ride and he needs to be back in Wausau in time to get ready for his Eagle Scout Court of Honor. I think it might cause him some stress if I’m stopping to find pill bottles and matchstick holders along the way.
