FTP
Thanks GR!
Good to know, since I just got notification that one of my trackables was marked missing 🙁
I went snowshoeing in Rhinelander area this weekend. Plenty of snow, and the cross-country trails were freshly groomed, Birdin’. The area we were in, Washburn Lake Silent Sports Trails, has separate ski and snowshoe trails, and also has some trails groomed for striding or skating and other trails just for striding. GC111Z2 will get you to the right place.
la FTP, das FTP, le FTP …
I should teach The Squirrel to count Cheap FTPs.
See what you made me do? Resorting to cheapies! Disgusting!
Funny you should bring this up. I got an e-mail this morning from a cacher in Rhinelander with over 200 active caches. He said, “I don’t like the direction GC.com is going and I’m pretty much done caching!”
I’m not sure what he meant by that statement, but I think that his issue is more with the direction that the game is heading, and not with Groundspeak of GC.com specifically. With many of his caches having lots of favorite points, I’m sure that easy-chair logging is part of the problem. He went on to tell me that he is planning to archive all of his caches “before long.” That’s a lot of lights going off in the Rhinelander area!
Would have been more, but I DNF’ed two of the three caches.
Scored 35 LCG points, too
I saw three bald eagles today
I guess all that I can do is to ratchet up the useless drivel rate
AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What happened to the FTP stats from the old site? We can’t just start over! Say it ain’t so!
(Oh, but the page is cool.)
Mr. Cub Ernie Banks died…

Let’s try that again
Slipped through the wormhole on that last post.
I’m going to get outside this weekend. Going to look for tupperware in the woods using multi-million dollar government satellites.
