At this moment I have 5 students who asked to stay in from recess to make posters for Rick. 8)

of his own.Congratulations on 2700, Matt.
Thanks for choosing one of my caches for your milestone.Congratulations. That’s a lot of silos.
Congratulations on another milestone. Sounds like a fun cache.
Congratulations on your big day. Sorry about the ticket. Wish I could have been at the event.
I have some cache hides that require long walks where there are no trails, or use of a watercraft. These are seldom visited. I also have some park and grabs on the side of the road. These get visited a lot more. As a CO, that tells me that most people prefer the P&G’s over the caches that require more work. I try to vary my hides so that there are some for everyone. I know cachers who are not physically able to hike a mile to find an ammo can, but can manage the walk from their car to the speed limit sign without a problem. There also may be a reason that the CO chose the spot. Maybe it is by a friend’s house, or by a favorite hunting or camping spot. I drove 60 miles out of my way to get an FTF on a micro on the side of the road today.
As I expected, the votes for the PA guy tailed off when the kids went home from school on Friday. Rick is now ahead by 137 votes, but don’t stop voting because the PA kids will be back on Monday morning.

Take that, poser from Pennsylvania! That’s because the kids all went home from school. They won’t be voting again until Monday. 😆

NO! Made my choice again today, and will for the next month.
BigJim… You’re a teacher… 😈
And I sent the link out to all the other teachers in my school … but I’m not going to use instructional time having my students vote for the Packer Fan Hall of Fame. I could plant the seed for them to go home and get their parents to vote, though. 😈
Checked out the voting today. The guy from Pennsylvania was in the lead by 13. He is a High School teacher and most of the comments on his voting page are from his students. Funny that his vote counts seem to soar during school hours. He has his students voting for him during class!!! Do you want the Green Bay Packer Fan Hall of Fame inductee being decided by a bunch of high school students from PA? Vote Rick Wiltzius daily!!!
I just posted this on my Facebook page as well. When I voted today Rick was behind by about 10 votes. And the guy who is beating him is from Pennsylvania!!! Now I see that Rick has pulled back into the lead, but it is a nip-and-tuck seesaw battle. Let’s rally and put this thing away!!!

With my luck, I’ll win those Packers tickets! 🙄
But I voted again today for Rick. Time to vote again, everyone.
Maybe they’ll have one of those London games between the Packers and Bears. Then I’d go for the trip AND the game 😆

Thanks for the votes already cast.
Because the online story makes it appear that I’m from Fort Huachuca, Arizona I probably will lose some of the local vote. My son nominated me, and they put his address down. Please spread the word if you can, that I am indeed local (Wausau) and could use the votes every day. Thanks again for all the votes so far!
Looks like they fixed that. It says Wausau now.

Yeah, but depending on where it is, it may be a nice vacation and you can always sell (or give away) the tickets when you get there. I’m thinking Miami or Tampa next December would be nice. 😀
Hmmmm … it says I voted today, but I didn’t.
