I must say, as a former defensive lineman and d-line coach, it always does my heart good to see a fat man score.
Congrats on the milestone. Looks like a great spot for a milestone. I’ll have to put it on my list.

I should take pictures .. the spanking new roundabout that I use twice daily is slowing losing all the street signs.
My best guess is the snowplows can not round the corners and well, there goes another sign post.
I hope you don’t have any caches hidden in those sign posts 😆

Good suggestion NWTom. I had a roommate in college who was a trapper, and he took me out on his trap line many times, so I became familiar with the hardware involved. I made an attempt at trapping myself, but after catching a rabbit, a bluejay, a great-horned owl, and the neighbor’s cat, I gave up my trapping career. BTW, the cat and the owl both survived and had no serious injuries.
Kinda like the Bears. They think they are football players, but they really don’t know what they are doing.
.
Well, we’ll just see about that on Sunday when I’ll be 😆 and you Packer fans will be 😥 in your beer.

I’ll have to check that out. We have many of the Boxcar Children boks in our school library.

Now I’ll be having nightmares about bear traps, lol!!!
I don’t believe that bear traps are legal for use in Wisconsin. Traps with teeth can only be used in water sets, where the trap is beneath water.

Can we file a rescue mission request on an unpublished cache? 😉
Ummm, no.
Can you send me the coordinates so that I can go pull the mayonnaise jar out of the hollow stump despite not getting any points for it?

LIPSTICK IN SCHOOL
According to a news report, a certain private school in Washington was recently faced with a unique problem…
A number of 12-year-old girls were beginning to use lipstick and would put it on in the bathroom. That was fine, but after they put on their lipstick, they would press their lips to the mirror leaving dozens of little lip prints.
Not so unique. We had the same problem in Auburndale several years ago. The custodian came around to our classrooms and explained the mirror-cleaning process to the girls, though he didn’t actually demonstrate it.
Hey RB&C, congrats on the FTF and the anniversary. Awesome that you were able to complete that challenge so quickly.

Does every rest stop need a cache placed there?
Not any more than evert cemetery and every dead end street, but it should be an option. Many of the state’s rest areas include historical markers or other features that would be worthy of a cache if they weren’t in a rest area.
Probably just me for both nights.
Congratulations, Jay! Look forward to seeing you all on FaceSpace 😆
The thread announcing the camp out is still in the forums. I just posted to it to bring it back to the top of the list. There are so many sticky threads in this forum it’s hard to find the non-sticky ones 😆
I actually think that I have this weekend open. I may actually be able to attend a WGA event 😀
