My current term ends this year. If nominated for another term, I will run. If I am reelected, I will serve another term.

If I am not reelected, I will still make pancakes.

Yes, the cards are only available at the picnic. The only way to transfer them now would be for IB to contact a reviewer and ask that they be unarchived, then transfer them to you.

My sister’s house in Des Moines goes on the market 9/5. Assessed value is $150,000. Realtor suggested setting the asking price at $135,000. She suggested that we go as low as $125,000.
