Almost dried out from the campout.

Yes, they were supposed to publish tomorrow, but …

Got my lawn mowed this afternoon. Then, because 2 hours of lawn mowing is not enough, I went over to my mom’s house and mowed her lawn too.

Today was day 14. We had our Spring Music Program, so I had to go back to supervise this evening. No time to work in the yard/garden. Need to replace the belt on the tiller and the belt on the mower is off the pulleys, so I need to take that apart and fix it.
I remember seeing that page a couple of years ago, at the time it said you didn’t need any special permits or permission. Just go ahead and place.
I’d still recommend contacting the District Ranger Station ahead of time. A friend of mine once placed a couple caches on NF land and they were subsequently removed by someone who logged a note on the cache pages citing a string of state and federal regulations prohibiting the placement of these caches. Point is, there may be some places to avoid that the average person isn’t aware of.
The form you are referring to is for placing caches on lands managed by WI DNR. (I just submitted 9 of them recently.) My interpretation of the blank page is that there is no policy about geocaching on Nicolet.Chequamegon National Forest lands. Looking at the maps, it is obvious that there are caches already existing on NF lands. I would recommend calling the ranger district where you plan to place the caches and inquire about their policy/ask permission to place caches.
Haven’t had a double post in a while.
Happy Mothers Day to all the geocaching moms.
Well it took a game and 2/3, but we finally got that W flag flying over Wrigley Field.
Hopefully that W flag will be flying today.
