Congrats! What was your favorite park?
That’s a tough one. They are all so different, and I spent more time exploring some than others. There are some, like Copper Falls and High Cliff, where I would like to go back to and spend more time exploring. Then there are some that brought back old memories, like Governor Dodge, where my family used to go camping in the 1960’s. Rock Island was an awesome journey. The early morning walk on Harrington Beach was both peaceful and invigorating. The falls at Willow River, Amnicon, and Pattison were spectacular. From a science teacher’s perspective, Natural Bridge and Devil’s Lake held great geology lessons. Then there are the ones where I have spent a lot of time and become more familiar with, like Rib Rocky Arbor. I guess I’ll have to visit them all again to pick a favorite.
