http://www.riversidebreweryandrestaurant.com/copyed this off the discover wisconsin site……Wisconsin State Park Open House Day: June 2nd, 2013
Enjoying Wisconsin state parks, forests, trails and recreation areas is a bargain any time of year but on the first Sunday of June they are an exceptional value, as entrance to any state properties is free. No admission stickers are required on vehicles and trail passes are not required for activities ranging from bicycling to horseback riding on state trails. In addition, Saturday, June 1 is National Trails Day and fees are waived to use all DNR-managed state trails as well.
The reason why i like the WGA events better then any other is because ITS NOT COMMERCIALIZED. Other events in my area have turned into just a big commercial for the town(in my opinion). Stick with selling only WGA stuff so we can have more WGA events. Keep it about wisconsin geocaching, good friend, socializing with our geostories. WGA members should be able to sell each other things they have made or have that others may want at our events. like a WGA swap meet. maybe we caould call it the WGA Picnic and Swap Meet.
got mine yesterday
sorry for the double post. dont know what happen.
im in too
im in too
i have 3 out there and all are missing.
forgot the a. lol
just remember we will have to lable them if they have penuts in or not.
just wondering when this is going to start up again.
thats a cool idea. i also thought of that when i saw the latest FTF Mag.
i think it would have to be a fund raiser group such as girl or boy scouts so that no one could say we were fav one resturant over another. we could also help them all get there geocaching badges.
i still think there should be brats, burgers, soda, and water sold at the bash grounds. who wants to go into a resturant sweaty wet or muddy depending on the weather. i dont think restuant owners or other patrons want that either.
dont forget your buds in west bend. hehehe
